You want to sculpt your body but you hate lifting weights? No problem, do these exercises. There are 3 main exercises that you must do to tone your body. The first one is the squat. The squat is really effective with or without weights. Some people call it the king of exercises. The squat works your legs, your hips, your buttocks and your lower back. Squat burns a lot of calories and boost your metabolism to burn even more calories. When you squat you make your heart pump, so it’s good for your cardiac muscles and it improves your lung capacity.
Squat

Push up
The second exercise I recommend to shape your body is the push up. Push up is another great exercise. I think it’s the best exercise for the upper body. With push ups you will develop a nice chest, powerful arms, strong shoulders and good abs. It will help tone your back and buttocks too but at a lesser degree. It will also pump your heart, but not as much as the squats.
Crunch
If you don’t like crunches, and I know a lot of people don’t, you can replace it with the plank. The plank is a really good exercise for your tummy muscle. This is a static exercise, take the position (like it shown in the picture) and hold it for 20 to 60 seconds.
